Service & Maintenance

Our Service and Maintenance Department uses bespoke software to give efficient control of our engineering labour resources.

Our maintenance contracts are individual and specific to each customer and we supply a complete maintenance package to help avoid the worst case scenario. We also create a personalised maintenance schedule that can respond to the level of usage your systems receive.

While the majority of our refrigeration systems are installed in large warehouses and commercial sites, our expertise is not just limited to here. Chemical plants and many manufacturing sites feature our refrigeration and cold store units too.

As our professional and highly skilled team have many years expertise in engineering, air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration, they are also perfectly placed to provide you with honest and impartial advice and guidance on repair issues, replacements and even health and safety requirements.

We offer three levels of maintenance cover, each of which can be tailored to your specific needs:

Planned Preventive Maintenance

This is an agreement to carry out regular planned maintenance to a pre-agreed schedule at your convenience. While this maintenance service is incredibly extensive, spare components and service calls are chargeable as extras.

Semi Comprehensive Maintenance

Our semi comprehensive maintenance service is similar to the planned preventive maintenance and regular visits are made to your property to ensure that your equipment is working as it should. Service calls during working hours are included.

Fully Comprehensive Maintenance

Our fully comprehensive maintenance service is very similar to the semi comprehensive maintenance, with all labour during normal hours and spare components included as part of the service.

For those clients who have larger or multiple sites we can arrange for planned or semi comprehensive maintenance to be supplemented by a cost plus agreement on spare components.

This allows clients total peace of mind in that they know they are paying the best price without the need for competitive quotations with the added benefit - lack of downtime - providing a continuous efficient operation.

24hr Response

Stonegrove Ltd operates an emergency response system so that the engineers are available 365 days a year night and day. Our highly qualified engineers are located to provide an efficient response service and all carry mobile phones for ultimate control.
