Servicing & Maintenance

Our Service and Maintenance Department uses bespoke software to give efficient control of our engineering labour resources.

Stonegrove Ltd operates an emergency response system so that the engineers are available 365 days a year night and day. Our highly qualified engineers are located to provide an efficient response service and all carry mobile phones for ultimate control.

We offer three levels of maintenance cover, each of which can be tailored to your specific needs:

engineerPlanned Preventive Maintenance

This is an agreement to carry out regular planned maintenance to a pre-agreed schedule. Service calls and spare components are chargeable as extras.

Semi Comprehensive Maintenance

Similar to the planned preventive maintenance, with the additional benefit of normal working hours labour for service calls included.

Fully Comprehensive Maintenance

This is similar to the semi comprehensive maintenance, with all labour during normal hours and spare components included.

For those clients who have larger or multiple sites we can arrange for planned or semi comprehensive maintenance to be supplemented by a cost plus agreement on spare components.

This allows clients total peace of mind in that they know they are paying the best price without the need for competitive quotations with the added benefit - lack of downtime - providing a continuous efficient operation.
